📝 चयन प्रक्रिया एवं सेवा अनुबंध - Process & Bond
- चयन का आधार: योग्य उम्मीदवारों का अंतिम चयन पूरी तरह से व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार (Personal Interview - 100% Weightage) में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
- शॉर्टलिस्टिंग मानदंड (1:5 अनुपात): यदि आवेदन निर्धारित संख्या से अधिक प्राप्त होते हैं, तो साक्षात्कार के लिए शॉर्टलिस्टिंग अतिरिक्त अनुभव (प्रत्येक वर्ष के लिए 1 अंक) और अतिरिक्त उच्च योग्यता (अधिकतम 2 अंक) के आधार पर की जाएगी।
- सेवा समझौता बांड (Service Bond): नियुक्त उम्मीदवारों को शामिल होने के समय ₹ 3,00,000/- (रुपये तीन लाख मात्र) का सर्विस एग्रीमेंट बॉन्ड निष्पादित करना होगा और कंपनी में न्यूनतम 03 वर्ष की अनिवार्य सेवा देनी होगी।
